Angry Bird or Happy Bird.



Friends I have small exercise for you. Ahh..Take out your pen and a piece of paper first and..

Check yourself whether you are angry bird or happy bird. Answer the following questions by choosing your best opinion. Each opinion has got a certain points to measure your level of anger. So if you choose a. from the options ie. I don’t feel angry give yourself 1 point. Like wise if you choose option b. give yourself 2 points and 3 points for the last option c.

If you score less than 20 you are happy bird and if you score more than 25 points you are angry bird and Learning to control your anger would likely prove beneficial.




1. You have the highest average on social studies test, but when report card are handed out, the teacher gives someone else a higher grade than you because he participates in class more than you do.

7. You let your brother to use your digital watch and next day he doesn’t let you use his video game.

8. At restaurant you wait for 10 minutes before your order is taken because the man behind the counter has served two people who came in after you.

9. You unpack an appliance you have just bought, plug it in, and discover that it doesn't work.

10. Sat on a lump of chewing gum which someone has kept intentionally.
